ONSITE TEAMS
This model is designed for Clients who already have internal project teams. Relyon IT Services quickly supplements missing skill sets by providing IT Specialists who join the Client’s team onsite. They work under the Client's internal Manager or Project Manager, with billing based on the Time & Material model.
OFFSHORE TEAMS
Projects are executed remotely, either at Relyon’s headquarters or a dedicated location. Communication with the Client is handled fully online, while the Client retains full visibility into progress and deliverables. Work is billed in a Time & Material model.
