As part of Managed Services delivery, the Service Provider assumes full responsibility for managing the entire team, and consequently for executing the supported processes. The Managed Services agreement outlines the specific parameters of service delivery, including:
Guaranteed service levels (SLA – Service Level Agreement), such as response times, service cycle completion times, response time to inquiries, etc.
Key quality indicators (KPI – Key Performance Indicators), such as the acceptable percentage of deviations from the predefined SLA parameters.
